The braces are intended for long-time using in patients with complicated knee instability (partly or complete ACL rupture), which is result of early injuries (before or postoperative) or after joint conditions.
Anatomic profiled splints increase the control of knee movement and provide additionally support points in hinges of the brace (5 and 6 point) by using sides pellotes. It increases control of movement in frontal and rotation plate. The anatomic fitting the brace to the limb is supported by anatomic drop lock.
The AM-OSK-OL/2RA brace provides excellent knee stabilization, including frontal and sagittal plate and control of rotation movement, what allows to replace partly injured ligaments and articular capsule. The high level of stabilization allows for competitive training (especially in skiing) or allows for taking part in sport and other activities even in senior age.
The brace is made of innovative material ProSIX™, which fits to limb’s shape precisely by stretching into all directions. The external side ProSIX™ is the reticulated textile, which fits to every surface and stabilizes knee precisely. This material assures great durability and resistance to mechanical damages. Thank to that, the brace can be used by patients during the long-term rehabilitation process. The medial layer of ProSIX™ is the duothermal distance foam, which is responsible for adequate thermal compression and skin breathing. The internal side is the terry material, which is soft for the patient’s skin and reduces the sweat.
The device is equipped with two independent support straps made of VELCRO tapes and two 2-axial sides splints 2RA Precision.
ActivPren™ is an active 3-layered fabric made of elastic jersey layer and neoprene foam. This lamination is very soft and high elastic. The skin can breathe and the required temperature is maintained because of AirSupply System. This material is not knitted, which prevents skin against the skin abrasions in the compression zones. Our braces, made of ActivPren™ are the most durable and provide the best stabilization in the market. Waterproof material.
We have provided high profiled splints 2RA in our braces to stabilize knee precisely. Using this splints allows to maintain the hinges in the axis joint during the physiological knee movement.
Purpose of use
Wrap around lower limb brace with anatomic adjustment should be applied in cases of:

Setting up
Splints 2RA
Splints 2RA Precision are a double axis anatomic splints which reflect the knee movement and during performance do not change their position towards the joint axis. Splints 2RA are double axis polycentric splints, with coupling mechanism with two main conductive elements which move of parabolic tracks. Such splints are mainly used in all knee joint braces and, apart from angle adjustment, the high lateral knee stabilization is very important. The splints are manufactured with high quality of sanded aluminium, durable cover which what makes splints neutral to the influence of sweat and salt. Flexion and extension angle adjustment is possible with special allen screws. Every brace is equipped with special Allen key which is necessary for adjustment. Anatomic splints provides hyperextension block, 30°, 55°, 75°, 95°, 110° flexion and 15° or 75° extension. The angle adjustment clock is secured from manipulation by unauthorized people. Standard length of the splints is: 290 and 390 mm. The splint and its design are patented in European Union by Reh4Mat company.
